thanks! its only going to get better considering that was with a damaged scope. I cant decide between the Vortex Viper PST 1-4x24mm optic and the Vortex Spitfire 3x Prism EBR-556B (leaning towards this one...)

Tested the tires. Impressed with how they cleared the snow even at low speeds.

What did you get? I've been away till the recent post. My dad custom cut my Duratrac's so I'm actually liking them more now....versus the horrible base ones(i'm VERY biased on the tires...haha). I really need to find my long opinion on the tires and add it to my post for referencing...

Yes. my thoughts exactly why I did it, , I plan on keeping the truck for a while, the cloth just wasn't doing it for me and, I used their(LS.COM) online tool to kinda ballpark me , then I got them on the phone to make sure everything was exact before ordering , came out to right @ thousand. with the extras,

Yes I had the grey cloth prior, In fact I still have it , was going to post the entire kit (the cloth takeouts, carpet ,WW covers ,front seat foam etc,) FS as I know alot of guys like cloth in hotter climates... it was not in that bad a shape..
in fact when I put the seatbelts into the washing machine they came out like brand new, I was happy then the wife reprimanded me about my car stuff in her new laundry machine

I ended up getting Nitto Ridge Grapplers in 295/70/17. I've been super happy with them. I've said this a lot recently but since you haven't heard it I'll say it again:

Hands down, the best tire I have ever run.

Thanks man. I did see this and felt maybe I'd just be lazy and have them do it but I'm gonna see about digging into it this weekend. I was thinking maybe I can cut it off with my sawzall with a metal blade. I don't have a grinder and cutoff wheel. I also saw on a Timmy the toolman video where he was able to do it without cutting so not sure what I'll end up doing.

It's hardened steel that a Diablo blade will not even cut. You can purchase a cheap grinder HF yard sale pawn shop $10, cuttoff wheel $2. A deep well impact socket with 3 jaw puller works also.

Just cut it. So much easier that way. It lakes literally 30 seconds with and angle grinder and saves so much work!

New tailgate latch and grill clips arrived in the mail, but we're experiencing some major gusts of wind and slight flurries so the install will have to wait,

I took the old latch apart (had to drill the rivets out) to see if it's repairable,found a metal pin that locates one of the moving mechanisms, but I feared it would break off if I straightened it out.
