Welcome to the club. Lol
I just clear the code to reset the light every other month when it pops up. It’s surprisingly satisfying when the light goes off and you forget you need a new cat. Haha
Us California people are jealous of all you guys who live in non emissions testing states. We have to have that monitor run, and pass, in order to get our tags, In most counties in this stupid state
But you have no rust... it's a trade-off.
That is an excellent point. There is probably a state that has no emissions, and has no salt and a mild winter. We can all be envious of the people smart enough to live there.

WA outside of the Blue counties (and 1 Red one, Spokane)

I don't want to make anyone jealous but they just passed a 4 a.m. Bar closing time Statute in several counties hereThat is an excellent point. There is probably a state that has no emissions, and has no salt and a mild winter. We can all be envious of the people smart enough to live there.
what does that have to do with emissions and salt?
We don't use salt in WA and/or generally mild winters. Very little rust on vehicles (in comparison to the east). The only emissions testing requirements are in the high population counties (i.e. the Blue counties)
Interesting, I didn't know that. I thought you were using political terms of blue and red. They call populated area's blue and non populated red in Washington state?
