I replaced some old spark plugs and next is to chase down a noisy pulley
More progress on the light armament system. This brings my switch count to 15Luckily I was able to remove the stupid faux wood trim without damaging anything or this could have been a lot more complicated (and expensive).
The gang boxes are from OTR and are completely modular so you can make any size switch holder from 2 -> infinity. I was hoping to do two gangs of 3 but the positioning of the clip on the backside limits the second gang to a bank of two.

Also got some more delphi weathpack connectors in. The gameplan is to have quick-disconnect mounts on the roof light bars so that if I want to carry something like a sheet of plywood on the roof that I can simply unclamp the light bars, and then unplug the connectors.

Remind me to hit you up for insight to tackling switch panels and wiring. I'm currently at 4 switches but plan to be at 10 by the end of the build...wiring isnt my favorite thing to do...
Your truck looks pretty sweet for 200K miles. I replaced the water pump, timing belt, and a host of other parts ~1 yr ago myself and the biggest pain was the tensioner for the timing belt. Someone had rounded the head of the bolt off and it took forever to get it off. Did everything go smoothly for you? I wish my rig looked as good as yours! She's a bit older (97 SR5 3.4l 4WD 5spd) with a lot more miles (430K) but she's the same color. I'll never give her up so long as there's life left in her and intend to bring her back to looking more like your truck.200k miles: New spark plugs, ignition wire set, ignition coil boots, fuel filter, pcv valve, timing belt, water pump.
I drove it for the first time in a few weeks. Steering is kinda pulsing when cold like the pump is struggling, and it’s a bit stiff. Doesn’t want to center itself easily. I’ll check the fluid again but worried I’ll be pump shopping soon.
