Sliders are on. The kickout is a perfect step for my son. Passenger side is a little too high, so the bottom of the door is scraping but it will work for this weekend. Also I'm not too keen on the driver side. There's only one clean spot to get a lag bolt through. All the other spots are blocked by the gas tank. Not sure if I need to pull the gas tank skid and cut the bolts down to make room or what, but I'm not sure I'd trust the weight of the vehicle on the driver side slider. I'll see my uncle in a couple weeks, I might see if I can talk him into welding them on.

I finished two weeks ago, but finally got the time to post pics. Here is my new Icon Sage 2 lift from the group buy [MENTION=120150]TotalAutomotiveLV[/MENTION] hosted. Took me two days to install and it looks great. And I only broke one rear sway bar link putting it back together!

If those are the 2 sizes you're considering, I see no reason not to go with 265/70. Many T4R owners will upgrade to that size.
Only reason I still have my stock size is that they have plenty of tread left :blabla:

you could also do 255 75 17, might even be able to do 265 75 17 if your not running front wheel spacers

I was wanting to do 255/75/17 but can't find General Grabbers in this size. Unfortunately moderately priced A/Ts dont come in this size either. But you are saying I can do a 265-75 on stock wheels?

it should fit with the lift you have. could also do 255/80/17 with the 3/2 lift you have

After lift, before driving I noticed both inner smaller cv boot clamps were leaking a little (which would turn into a LOT in actual driving), so tonight was time to finish this thing. Cleaned the clamps, cut them off, installed the SS clamps from McMaster. Took perhaps an hour because I took my time to clean the affected areas.
Then finally actually DROVE MY TRUCK
after 6 days of downtime :rain:
Drove in the area around my workplace which has quite a bit of broken up pavement. Laughed like a maniac! Absolutely love the result!!
Finally left for home, after 10 miles pulled in a rest area, checked the cv boots, one was still leaking a little so I tightened the clamp some more. Arrived home after another 20 miles, checked it again and it was fine.
Now I need an alignment (although it doesn't feel much off) and my new Dynapro ATMs 265/65/18s installed and I will be HAPPY.

Been trying to diagnose this awful squeaking and creaking sound that my suspension has been making all day. I have a 3/2 spacer lift if anyone has any ideas of what i should look for that would be really helpful!
Also before I bought the car the previous owner replaced the shocks but i don't think they are oem if this makes a difference.

Picked her up from the shop. Took about a week to get her back from the leaky head gasket problem. :sobbing: Seems to be running much much better though!
