I went from bad to worse today

today my 02 T4R 3.4 #2 Cylinder started to misfire at idle, under load, basically all the time. So, I decided to swap out the plug to see if it helped. Plan on doing all the plugs, wires and possibly the coil packs this weekend. Anyway, now its throwing codes for Random misfire, #1 misfire and #2misfire.

Switch coil packs around and see if that changes things to help narrow things down, also what's the condition of the plug looking like?
Also you may get better help[ from the 3rd gen community even though the basic concepts are the same..but still probably better to assist you.

Lol, it's nothing really that exciting. It's a roll of Vinyl Car wrap.
Now I just need to practice to learn the tricks of applying it also just went and picked up a heat gun to help with the application

Threw these on tonight, was bored and had some time and money sitting around. took about 5 minutes to install. but about 45 minutes for the paint to dry from the two holes i drilled in the LCAs.

Had it up on jack stands yesterday, to check for possible wheel bearing noise. It appears to be coming from right rear, so will order a new set for both sides. After replacing wheels and dropping it down to ground, I went to back up and brake pedal went to floor. Lucky I was only moving slowly, and putting it into neutral let it roll to stop. Found MC low on fluid. Filled it up, and pumped pedal a few times to check for leak. Found small hard line between junction block and flex line to right front caliper was rusted through. Found 8" Poly-Armour coated steel line at Auto-Zone for $4.49, and 1 QT of DOT 4 Syn fluid. An hour later, after replacing bad line and bleeding system, all is good. Just love the North East winters that lead to rust on everything. :redbrick:

Installed a dual battery setup. I had an extra battery become available, so I figured I'd put it to use. I bought two 4gauge amp wiring kits(I'm going to install a power inverter in the back and needed extra wire for that. Plus I needed two fuse holders and the connectors, etc.), a stinger isolator, and new battery tray holder. Took about 2-3 hours. I had a switch and old voltage meter lying around and I want to switch control when the battery gets a charge. Just for now. I'm trying to see how good of a charge it holds with what little is hooked up for now. Later I just tie into proper circuit and done.

Here's a question maybe somebody has an answer:
If I manually switch on the isolator(connecting the two battery's) will it be like a switch for jump starting?

Or do I still do the jumper cable connect?

Nice setup! Did you ever get a clear answer to your question?

got the Borla Dual exhaust put in today, only mod needed to do was add an extra 2 to 3 inches of pipe at the flange in the front, the rest pretty much bolted on. so much quieter than the flowmaster super 44. also the back pressure came back. i can feel some performance. got this done at Emmanuel’s Mufflers in Alameda CA. best muffler guy i know, helped him a little bit on a corvette, always a good feeling to help a master out, talked about never to loan anyone your tools because you will never get it back.
