What did you do with your 4runner today?

I understand this mod to have a little fun here and there, but I still don't see why when in the snow/off road, locking the center different in 4w is not enough. I'll tell ya, from my experience, locking that diff, I can do full on 4wheel spins/slides and basically feel none of the electronic 'nannies'.

Heck, even just in 4 high with the center diff open I can still have some fun most of the time. However I do feel vsc kick in much too strong sometimes..

No need to explain the 4runner's system to me or anything, as I have read extensively, but I'm just saying that I have absolutely no issues with the system the way it is.

Now with that said, sadly I don't have the 2wd option either, since I have the v8. If I did, you could bet your a** I would do that mod every one in awhile to have some fun though!

You do the mod because when in 2WD it's fun not to be bothered by the computer

The center diff lock shuts the VSC off.

I know how to drive a vehicle. The fewer electronic interferences, the better

Nice. I'm really close to ordering a set myself. Be sure to post some pictures once you get them in. Did you just order them in the standard color?

BTW, I really like your new reverse lights. I've been trying to finalize my "to-buy" list for a complete exterior LED conversion and those have been added.
