I drove my new 135i and my T4R back to back this morning for about 20 miles each. I really liked the thickness of the steering wheel in the 135i. I need to start looking into wheel covers for the 4Runner now. Suggestions appreciated.

I love my steering wheel cover. It was only $6 shipped on Ebay. I'll look up the seller if you're interested. It's one of the leather ones that is sewn on...it looks OEM as the color is almost an exact match for my SE interior. Plus, its not too fat/thick like some i've seen and conforms to the finger indentions on the steering wheel.

Just changed my CAF... Damn that thing was crazy disgusting!!! I also did the interior LED swap, hard mounted a mag light to my driver door and finished installing my cb! Thanks aHa for the antenna mount info!! Now I'm ready to get my roof rack from Whitson Metal Works mounted up as soon as I get the word from him that it is ready!!! :banana:

plasti dipped the front grill and lower valance panel. figured this would work untill im ready to buy the color matched grill. I only like chrome on my Chevy, not the Yota

Looks good. I almost plasti dipped the whole grill but I have a color match grill.

When you get a color matched grill I would plastic dip the center piece.

Changed the oil for the first time. Was really easy. First time ever changing it by my self. Whole lot easer then the 3.4 taco my brother has

When you get a color matched grill I would plastic dip the center piece.

if you use clear plasti dip on chrome it looks color matched. that might be cheaper then a new grill and i think it would look cool with clear and black in the center

That's a good idea...I might give that a try before purchasing the color match grill. I actually watched a you tube vid on the clear plasti dip last week... pretty cool stuff. Is that what u did that to ur emblem?

We newbies need more info! Tire brand? "model" description? ATs? MTs? Load rating? Ply thickness? Price? Noise penalty over previous tires, if any? Enquiring (ignorant) minds want to know....... :crutch:

Installed wheel spacers. Really improves 4th gen looks for me.

I attempted to install my new scion head unit. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong unit. So the one I got is not plug n' play. Looks like Ill be calling the local Toyo dealership tomorrow to buy some over priced parts so I can make this thing work.

Hopefully my HIDs and LEDs come in this weekend so I can knock everything out at once.
