Where did you suddenly come up with the money for all these mods at 17?

Well it's kind of a long story, but I've been steadily inheriting money from my grandmother since the day I was born. That and I've also had a job for 3 years where I make VERY good money. like tonight I made $110 in tips as a buser.

Found a little trail on the way to watch the Lake Tahoe fireworks yesterday. (The most amazing fireworks show I've yet seen, BTW! My pic does not do it justice.) Came across a big fallen tree & got to break in both my BAMF sliders coming in & going back out.

Do you have aftermarket skid plates? Because I don't imagine the factory's idea of skid plates liked this situation very much.

Saw a silver 4runner with sw bumper leaving cape may yesterday. Nice truck.

In the backyard grilling burgers and hot dogs by the pool with the gf, just went out front to admire my truck with some mud on the tires from a little wheeling yesterday, and was happy to see my 4Runner wanted to run over my gfs neon.

And I might of seen this truck in wildwood if you were there the past couple days. If not, another 4r has your wheels.

Nope, stock skids. I'd already banged them up first time while in stock condition getting hung up high-centered in deep mud & steep hills at Prairie City SVRA months ago. This tree had already been dug out in the middle by others, so most of the brunt was on the sliders. Also seeing jediwebdude doing more aggressive trails than me with stock skids is encouraging. Though I do plan on getting skids soon.

Got mesh on my satoshi finally.

Update: just painted the grille surround gloss black and bedlined my mesh flat black. Finished pics tomorrow
