What did you do with your 4runner today?

I flushed my power steering fluid. I don't care if people think it's not worth it. It cost me around $10 and at 110k, I figure it can't hurt. It was super easy.

started my foot well lights. i went the easy way and tapped into the wires for the running boards that i took out. i will post pictures when im done. i might get better quality ones in the future but for now im using what i had

Thanks to the threads on here and after 3 days of soaking in PB Blaster and using a 15/16 6 point socket head I finally conquered my mangled corroded rear diff fill plug. Since I didnt get it off the first time and the bolt was goingto be scrapped I went to the dealership and for $10 I got a new plug and crush washer. Also I had what I thought was a squealing belt. Switched that out in about 10 minutes and inspected the old belt. Old belt looks fine but the random squeaking is gone

Here is my out of place new plug on my corroded Midwest underbody(previous owner lived in MN, they love over salting the roads)

Accidents happen and nobody was hurt good thing too. Sucks about the T4R but you can fix it and that "stupid jeep" is an LJ and kinda very sought after so....I don't think your SUV is near totaled either. The damage to the door is superficial it looks like and the section that was cracked can most likely be easily replaced with over night parts from Japan.....

The runner was quoted with around 6k in damages. New c pillar and door, rocker panel and all the plastic trims. The "stupid jeep" is a great truck. This is its 4th accident and it just destroys cars without having damage , just twaeked the bumper thats gonna get replaced anyway. The thing is a tank.

Well you see they told me the park had a lot of obstacles and by obstacles they meant mud pits and like 3 hills. I actually avoided a lot of it though

New owner here and just starting out but here are my quick additions from the weekend.

Put my Thule cross bars and fairing up top
Put my Husky floor mats up front
Put my leather 2-tone wheelskin on


Also ordered all of my equipment for a full audio system upgrade to ditch the crap Synthesis system.

What did I do for my 4Runner today? Not a damn thing, BUT, she is going in on Friday to have the following done:

1) Complete my DVD headrest monitors install
2) relocate the 115 Power button from the driver's kick panel (stupid location) to the center console.
3) Install Code Alarm CA-6551 2-Way LCD Remote Start w/ Alarm.
4) If I can leave work a tad early, I'll head to my parent's house and give he a much needed/deserved wash. :biggrin1:

I doubt I'll have the alarm installed, but the remote start definitely. I know there are more advanced ones out there, but are more expensive. My wife's been bugging me since I got the truck, so...................
