I wish I would have taken more pics.. It's at my (trusted) mechanic's shop now. Me and my father in law quickly glanced under but didn't get too into it all. Wish I would have taken some more pics (including under). I'm very nervous/anxious at what I might hear.
Traveling all day tomorrow too. I'll try to get some pics if I can though.

Damn! That doesn't look too good, but who really cares about the truck? We're glad you're ok. You can always fix and replace a truck.
Looks like your axle shifted... A lot. Looks like it was rubbing the mud flap too. Is it lined up on the passenger side or is it shifted to the front of the vehicle?

looks fairly decent...got t boned on the front passenger wheel last time, ended up changing out the control arm and spindle........fast forward 2 months later...my front left wheel isnt rock steady wiggles a bit 3 to 9 oclock......wonder if its related or just coincidence

Got hit on the way home from work..
I'm betting the axle housing is bent the tubes on our housings aren't very strong same thing happened to josh which lead him to put in a 1 ton axle. Best of luck to you and definitely glad it wasn't anything to serious.

^^^spot on! Just talked to the mechanic and apparently the axle tube is bent and need whole new rear end and wheel.
For the record, the other side wheel was perfectly centered still (not pushed forward).
Been traveling all day... Long day and lots to do at home tonight!
And the other guys insurance is covering all. Thanks for all the comments! Sorry not more time to answer/say more.

Got a call from the dealer that my radiator is "seeping" and they suggested I replace it. I figured that I have a service contract, so why the hell not.
Service contract doesn't cover the cooling system..... :doh:
Here's what it does cover: EVERYTHING ELSE UNDER THE HOOD!
Entire A/C system including hoses, compressor, pulleys, etc.
Entire engine: heads, head gasket, block, cylinders, crank, pistons, harmonic balancer, intake manifold, etc. It even covers a timing belt failure...go figure.
It covered my 4x4 actuator repair. It covers the powertrain, driveshafts, axles, etc.
IMO, cooling system is the most important thing under that damn hood. Why wouldn't it be covered???

Decided to just put it back together as is. It's not cracked, it just had a "pink stain" in the bottom corner. I'll price out a radiator when I can afford it. I'm sure I can have it done cheaper than the (extra) $450 I was quoted - Probably a $600 job at the dealer...

Good to hear your truck is getting fixed. Just FYI, when I needed 1 new wheel after my accident, Amazon was the cheapest for buying 1 wheel at the time because it was free shipping. Not sure if that's the case now but worth a look I guess. Good luck!
