What did you do with your 4runner today?

Organized and cleaned out my truck. Also measured the space under the rear platform to build a set of drawers.
Send me your dimensions if you don't mind. I'm wanting to build a cargo drawer too.

Replaced the oem front brake lines with Crown Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines and bled the system. I installed the rear lines back when I first did the lift but never got around to doing the front. The lines were just laying around in a garage cabinet...til now.

Backed into a telephone pole in my blind spot while turning last night. (wheels were almost at lock, turned towards passenger). It blended into the shadows and was made even harder to see because of the C and D pillars and the tinted windows. Steel bumper time!!!
well judging from your window stickers you seem to opt to go into things blindly! hahaha, sorry, couldn't pass it up!

Got my Depo lights today
Went to Lowes to get supplies for finishing my garages. I just love lifting 3/4" plywood by myself in the hot late summer sun lol. Next item on my mod list is a drop hitch so my trailer can sit a little closer to level. The FJ coils and 1.5" daystar rear spacers handle the trailer and weight quite nicely! Only problem is I can't see the damn trailer in my mirrors because of the pitch it's at from my lift.. That makes for some interesting times backing the trailer up! :lookout: Oh well lol

I bought them as a front/rear set from a vendor thats no longer in business. It was listed for a 3" lift, 4th Gen 4Runner but I believe its the same for an FJ too. FWIW, the stock front brake lines worked fine and the length was fine. There was really no reason to replace them other then I had these laying around. On a side note, the pedal does seem slightly firmer now that I have these crown lines on all four corners.

Figured out why I had a squeaky front end; passenger side upper ball joint boot has a small rip and some grease escaped. Sprayed some grease in both boots and a little silicone spray on the ripped one till I can take them apart and replace the boots. It's really nice having a squeak free ride again!

A couple of months. Lol, i'm balls to the wall busy anymore with work, police academy and the newborn. I haven't even been able to wax and detail mine in forever.
