Strange. Probably didn't let it flash

And yes i most likely put too much on too quick
I gave color coats 3 times every 10 mins or so
Then waited 15 mins before applying clear which idid three coats in say 5 mins

If you're impatient like I am you can always throw the painted parts in the oven at 350 for 4 or 5 minutes to speed up the curing. Just let it cool down for 30 mins afterwards.

Getting ready to do an LED interior swap. I will take before and after shots but when the sun starts setting. I will also be sure to take them with my SLR to see the differences clearly.

LED conversion is finally done. Took about 10-15 minutes because of getting the polarity right on each LED. My windows are tinted and before the conversion it was very hard to see inside. No the case anymore. The LEDs are nice and bright and make a world of difference. Installation was fairly simple. I was not able to get before and after shots at night. I did however take pictures of the lights before and after I did them at day.

Also a note on the license plate lights. The lens and rubber ring on both sides were full of dust and dirt (What do you expect from an 11 year old car.) Rinsed them out with water then dryer them with a hair dryer.

The picture of the map lights show the difference between the stock lights and the LEDs. They are 10x brighter and I can see them at dusk. The old lights I was having trouble seeing them later in the night.

Changed the Diff fluids, transfer case all with Amsoil Severe Gear Synthetic, 13 quart transmission fluid replacement with WorldSpec fluid for the V-8

Ordered new fuel cap.

CEL came on today. Used the Carista OBD2 Android app and pulled code P0456 (Evaporative Emissions System - Small leak detected). Went and check the cap and it is very loose not matter how many times is clicks while I tighten it.

removing the rack takes about 20 minutes. same amount of time you spent taping things up.

Also use a heat gun to speed up your process. thin coat, heat gun to dry, then rinse and repeat
