What did you do with your 4runner today?

Started a new project for the back of the 4Runner. The pics I got would give it away, but I can say I made some good progress today.

The anticipation is killing me!

Picked up a wheel off the side of the road. So now I have a spare 245 75 16 on a steel rim. Looks to be the same as a tundra 5 lug. Might come in handy when rotating tires

rattle canned the wheels matte black and installed my cb + firestik.
i wanted to get a satoshi done but I could not find mesh anywhere, so i guess i'll have to order some online and do it some other weekend.

Got permission to explore an unfinished development from one of my customers. The roads dont go in very far before it gets very overgrown but it was fun. I have been on google maps alot looking for places to wheel.

Finished the front of my Daystar/FJ Spring lift. Dad and I ran into every issue manageable and didn't want to rush to do the rear. Probably going to do it next weekend

Google maps is the only way I find places near me. Even the smallest of places can be fun. There are no good trails near me that would not be trespassing.

Same issue here. I found some decent trails up north on the Rhode island border. And some sweet abandoned sand and gravel pits pretty close to me. The problem is gates and piles of debris piled in front of the entrances. Bolt cutters and a chainsaw may be in order.

Rebuilt and refinished the lower control arms with poly bushings. Rubber ones were shot plus I had a frozen alignment cam (you can see one bushing missing from having to cut the frozen cam bolt out, part won't be in til Monday). Radflo 2.5 kit goes in tomorrow!

^^This. Do the rear tomorrow. Might be more like 2 hrs tho... Depending on rust. It was worlds easier for me than the front, that's for sure...
