What did you do with your 4runner today?

Ripped out XREAS and installed '07 FJ springs and Bilstein 5100s @ .85". I blame this forum for making me spend all this money.

I did the rear pads today and pulled the HC filter. I haven't done a ton of auto work but the pads, front and back are a breeze on our 4runners.

Except for the fact that it's never "just pads" on my Runner... It's always pads + rotors + CALIPERS since one of the pistons always seizes...

exactly, gives me something to do this weekend. Seller said they only had 10k miles on them. not a bad purchase for $100.

Finally got an alignment. Had to replace the tires that were on it because the alignment was so bad.

Put on some new Bosch Icon wiper blades.

Changed the spark plugs.

and won an auction on a Scion T1809 head unit. Hopefully the head unit, my HIDs and leds will be here by next weekend.

Wish I had the cash for powder coat but probably going with some real real good prep and about 5 coats of plain old semi gloss rustoleum.....

Mine should actually be a build thread.....because of actually building the bumper front and back.....most people have build threads but they should be
"buy and install threads"....

I lucked out with the rears, the fronts needed rotors last week . After the fact I realized that I could of had them turned I will probably get them done and stick them on a shelf till I or someone needs them.

That's exactly what I did. I had brand new solid rotors that I warped in a week when a caliper seized. Then I got EBC rotors and my solid rotors are sitting on my parts shelf waiting for purpose
