Tried to be the first to summit Bolam Pass this season. After 4 miles of pushing through snow banks and mud, the snow finally won about 1/2 mile from the top.

Crazy idiots. I felt bad taking off my skids to clean in the driveway. That after having powerwashed at a wash 3 times after mudding the day before. Hey where in Sac are you? EG here.

Great job as usual.

My wife (girlfriend at the time) hated all the detailing i did when we first started dating. She used to always say "you like your car more than you like me". The last time i remember her saying that I replied "that might be true, but i like you twice as much as your mother and father's cars combined!".....lol...she never said it again, and still married me......:ballchain:

HAHAHA after i finished washing it she said cool were done...i told her to go get me a water because we still have to dress it!

Ive told her i like it more than her because she doesnt talk.

Wait...I'm supposed to wash & detail the 4R???? I thought I could get away with doing the S4 & just muddy the Runner!

Replaced my rear diff from ECGS with new 4.56's installed and Detroit True Trac last night. Still have to tackle the front.

Extended rear sway links

Getting those ball joints off was no easy task! Holy crap! Had to use a sawzall to get them out. Took way too long

Then I had planned on installing my toytec extended brake lines in the rear, but the fittings on the hard lines start to round when I try to loosen them. I don't want to mess with them really...

So instead I'm chipping all the rust off my axle and attacking it with naval jelly! Woo. Progress pics on that later. I'm updating from beneath the beast currently

Getting those ball joints off was no easy task! Holy crap! Had to use a sawzall to get them out. Took way too long

Then I had planned on installing my toytec extended brake lines in the rear, but the fittings on the hard lines start to round when I try to loosen them. I don't want to mess with them really...

Yep! Got the sunroof insert and crossbars but I'll most likely leave them off unless I need the extra rack space. Plus the rack was lighter to lift up there without them!

Once I hit about 30 mph I do get some wind noise which only increases with speed but I'm mocking up a fairing which should take care of that. I also sound deadened and insulated my roof so that probably helps a good deal.
