What did you do with your 4runner today?

Yeah, I am torn. I was thinking about going 2" upfront with stock or fj rears and holding off of using rear springs for now. Keep them when time to get larger tires and uCAs

FWIW I say just put it all on, its worth it. It'll look good with stock size tires.

I agree with nathana. I have 5100's set at 2.5" plus FJ coils and a 1.25" body lift. I'm running 265/65/17 street tires right now for fuel economy. Truck doesn't look too bad like this either

Yessir! Just the struts, i obviously have to swap over the springs.

Found it on Ebay, about $60 shipped to Canada, you could probably find it cheaper in the US on Ebay.

The USB port is just a small 12v accessory you can buy on Ebay, I found one at Canadian tire and bought it there since I didn't want to wait. I saw them on Ebay for about $2 shipped from China. It is made by Griffin.

I have had a couple people ask me if the Hybrid was a special order.........LMAO!!! When Zstampe sold his truck, the place that bought it actually listed it as a Hybrid, just because of the emblem.....lol!

My girlfriend had one of her classmates convinced that I'd done an engine swap and made mine a hybrid.

living in a small new england town full of greenies, those more environmentally minded definitely look at it strangely, no one has had enough courage to ask yet!

Early today, just picked up my truck after installation of new front rotors. 4R runs flawless then I put on my cheapo subwoofer back getting ready for our CA road trip on Friday.

Now here comes the RATTLE...more annoying than actually having a rattle snake on board. so took off the sub, tore the door looking for something loose, put the sub back, play jazz music. It took me 3 hrs including driving around ..only to find out that its just the License plate and the plate holder causes the rattle!

Suggestions how to eliminate the license rattle permanently? thanks
