What did you do with your 4runner today?

Just got my satoshi painted and installed! now awaiting my fj60 emblem to come in...

Debadged the front doors and plasti dipped the front toyota emblem!!

Sounds like a nice day for a "Desert Rat"! We are seeing 105-108 this coming week. Keep your foot out of it and you will see an average of 18 mpg.

BTW, worse gas mileage I've seen was in OK and TX. 10.8 mpg calculated pulling a pop-up, loaded rack on top with 30-40 mph headwinds. And I have a 6 cyl. Wishing for a 8 cyl that day.
 
I snuck onto one of the busiest bridges on the West Coast while it was closed for the weekend and snapped a couple photos!

Installed eBay CAI and bought K&N filter because i don't trust the one that came with it. Its for the 4.7 Tundra/Sequoia. I like it so far, install was a breeze and instant throttle response and sound. Butt dyno approved and showing 2mpg increase so far.

Operation headlight restoration w/ pics. I used a 3M kit that was $17, works like a champ. Also got a 2nd key cut/programmed today after buying off Amazon for $10, also worked perfectly. Home Depot cut it for free and works great.

sounds perfect. I'm planning on getting a new intake, not sure if i want a cold air intake though.
 
I replaced my 4th Gen V8's stock coils/shocks with those from a 2011 4Runner Trail.

Roughly 1" gained in the front and a way better ride. Best free parts I have ever gotten
