Put this front differential brace on and bled the brakes. Anyone ever try to bleed their brakes before? I hate overly complicated electronics and it's a PITA.

Bled em many times by myself and never had issues

Bleeding the brakes is a breeze on these trucks. Especially the rear because the pump does the work for you as long as you have the brake pedal being depressed (someone stepping on it or a brick or something). I like using the two person method personally.

I guess it was just weird for me to do it up with a system that assist you for the first time by myself. I almost felt like I couldn't trust it but I'm probably just being a diva ha.

Getting my passenger side pace setter installed right now, only broke two studs on this side. Broke 3 on the driver side. I am at the shop now and it only taking 1 hour to get it out. Going back in should take 1 hour too. Finally I should be rid of p430 code and that rotten egg smell

How is a new manifold going to rid you of the rotten egg smell?

a rotten egg smell is the tell tale sign you have a bad catalytic converter. getting a p0430/p0420 is too LoL
some people call it a header, some call it a manifold, some call it a exhaust manifold. its all one and the same.
$1425 later the smell is gone and so are the lights on the dash!Hopefully for a long time!

Hmm. I didn't have that impression. From what I've read, every 4runner produces this smell, and depending on how much you could tolerate it, there was a TSB. Had to do with the design of the tail pipe and the air circulation from having the window open.
If it was a sign they were bad, wouldn't it have been a recall and all replaced?
The ODB code is obviously more so of a sign.

well. i like the look of the pipe coming out the rear. dont like it out the side
i purposely open the hatch glass to sniff the fumes, i never noticed the stink in any of my other cars. but with two new pacesetters...i get nothing but the sulfer smell when i floor it

Well, they never did a recall for the drive shaft clunk and that is a very well known issue.
As promised.... This is not the original load but threw a 4x8 sheet of insulation up there so you can get the idea.... Perfect fit side to side and in the front... Used a strap in the back to keep the load from sliding back...

Plate bumpers ftw when cleaning the hood of a lifted truck.
Clay bar complete! God that paint was NASTY dirty! It's now half polished and I just need to wax it after!
I sanded and touched up the crack I found on the roof. Made sure there was no rust under there. Primer then Toyota touch up paint.
I will post completed daytime pics tomorrow
