What did you do with your 4runner today?

re installed my skid plates from the summer after I did routine maintenance. What a PITA. Think I broke 90 percent of all the bolts. But It gave me an excuse to sandblasted the plates and repaint them. They turned out all right, I wish I had a camera when I did all the work. Plus I got rid of all the 12 mil bolts and installed 5/16 stainless ones instead. I had to run the tap through anyways, so I thought I would keep everything the same. Next weekend will be new plug installation.

Heard bad humming from front diff :cry2: I think it puked all oil out, about to jack up 4Runner now to see wtf!

Good news is it still had a decent amount of oil in it. Very dirty, but no chunks. The bad is that the fill plug was loose. Hooray to whom ever did the maintenance last. Diff oil change was on my list, guess its at the top now.

took it to discount to get my tires rotated, air check, etc and then had to explain that my tire wear is from racing not from a misalignment. you know because race truck. Good times.....

Even though it's a Racer, aka Road course warrior, that tire doesn't look that bad... In terms of uneven tire wear.. God Times man!!! :cheers:

Haha looks like the mod was a success! I use mine almost every day. Because race truck! Plus arrogant pedestrians at school get da fuq out my way when I do brake stands behind them sauntering along down the middle of the road....
That's the worst. "When did your dumb a$$ think it was ok to walk straight down the middle of the road? Do you not see 2.5 tons of SUV coming straight at you???? Pick a side or get familiar with my bumper!"

Well when I'm coming towards them and they're walking towards my truck, they get out of the way, but when I'm coming up behind them, DBs stay in the middle. It's not like I'm driving a Prius and they can't hear me. So I either let my magnaflow announce my presence in neutral, or chirp the tires a little bit.

FJ springs all the way around with bilstein 5100's set at 1.75" and FJ bilsteins and daystar 1.5" spacer out back.
BFG KO's LT275/70R17 AND RCI Front and transmission plates. All done in the last 24hrs.

YOU REALLY NEED TRAIN HORNS, you need to save gas and tires. just give them a considerate HONK
TRAIN HORNS ARE LOUDER, caps are louder than your PA LoL
