What did you do with your 4runner today?

Foam cell struts. Performance load springs. hopefully I achieve the ride height I'm after, as well as ride quality. Rebound is definitely stiffer than the bound on these shocks. We shall see. Once I get the rears in I will do a write up. Who knows I may even start a build thread.

Ironman offers a foam cell option. The foam cell (gas impregnated foam) is larger bore and has a larger oil capacity. This is suppose to help dissipate heat better than the standard nitro option. Pretty common in AU for heavy use and towing. I wish Ironman was more popular in the US as they are in AU, as a competitor to OME.

I'm a day late on this post but I swapped in a new set of spark plugs. The four plugs that were in the two middle cylinders on each bank had some burned oil on them.. I guess the valve cover gasket has seen better days? Truck has 110K miles on the clock so technically I did this swap 10K early.

Correct. I had to search to find somewhere that sold the foam cell fronts. They are pretty beefy compared to stock.

Spent a lot of money today!

I have an 07 4runner sport with 193,000 miles.
My baby is in the shop today getting new Bosch brakes/rotors and new calipers. I also am having them do the Fj suspension upgrades to the front and rear. I feel like I got a good deal on this since the mechanic is my buddy. No labor costs on this project.

Then applied the krylon clear and now they are destroyed
Hope the haze clears up
Maybe i did not wait long enough

Finally got my led light bars mounted up on my gobi rack! "LuxWurx" brand. Two outside 6" floods and center 12" spot. Should be about 11k lumens. Jason at luxwurx is a good guy.

Did you paint them black?

Was it the same kind of paint and clear? Like enamel paint with enamel clear, or did you mix two kinds?

Oh its going to flash if its still f ed up when i get home
And yes i most likely put too much on too quick
I gave color coats 3 times every 10 mins or so
Then waited 15 mins before applying clear which idid three coats in say 5 mins
