So i made my own dual jerry can holder for my tiregate
Tiregate wants $330
And i bet its not made as strong as this
$47 in angle iron and flat stock and its done
Now just waiting for paint to dry

It aint perfect but i am happy

Yes and i am running another backup cam as well
Just need to run the rca line
I have power and reverse wires and ground already ran
Just need to install the cam and finish the wiring
I will take pics for you when i get home
But i ran them in split loom and zip tied to carrier

Brief it is
For the key fob beeping be gone mod
Open hood look by brake resi in driver fender well
You will see a wire going into a about 1-1/2" gromet thingy reach in pop out clip pull out the pezzio and undo wire plug
Put some tape on the other end and your done
No more sound on lock / unlock

Just got a 4th gen, 2005 V6 Limited 4X4. No nav, no air suspension but it does have X-Reas (bummer) it had approx. 100,000 Miles. I had a 5th gen over a year ago, and have to say that this car is way more balanced and the V6 feels a lot more potent. I'm assuming because it's lighter?

I have a set of 5th Gen Limited wheels which were my winter set on Blizzak DM-V1 so they are on. 2006+ Taillights are on the way!

Installed a Clarion backup cam. Also discovered Crutchfield sent me the wrong install kit for the HU after I tore my dash apart and removed the original stereo.....dang-it!

As for the door chime you can cut wire 15 i believe " i will try and find the write up for you tonight when i get home"
Or
You can back off the driver side door switch a few turns and it will stop the key in ign chime
" it has been brought up that this method might kill you lights when door is open" so thats something to c checkout " not an issue as i have my truck set for no lights to come on when door is open unless i turn them on"
But easily reversible

This is all i have

Might redo it in 3/4" metal conduit but for now I'm good to go
Might add reverse lights and a telescoping light for camp use as well
Kinda like cbi's

I also picked up all my reverse wiring, ground, power , ect from the trailer hitch wiring
I tested to verify wires then unplugged wiring connectors
Then removed hitch plug
Cut and soldered my connections
Heat shrink
Then re installed hitch plug
Very easy and clean

Noticed my exhaust tip seemed out of place then realized the entire tail pipe was loose. Climbed under and found that the last flange behind the muffler finally rusted apart. The other flanges look like they aren't to far behind so now its either Gibson, magnaflow or have the exhaust shop fix up a new exhaust with a slightly louder muffler.

Don't want much just a little growl and NO droan. Anyone used a Borla ProXS on a 4.7? Any suggestions? I've been listening to videos and reading posts but haven't figured out which way to go yet.
