Spent $91 at Toyota buying new bumper brackets... Zipties weren't cutting it. Didn't want to spend more on this truck, but oh well.

And finally, she's back to stock height.

Kenwood ddx372bt. Sound quality is off the scale compared to my sony explode. Easy bypass, ran mic up pillar and clipped to the top of it. :guitar3:

Sweet, glad to see that pic! I just went through two different units. Pioneer AVH-x3700 and JVC KW-v30bt, didn't really like either one of them. So I sent them back to Crutchfield, bought open box, so nobody is hurt lol. That Kenwood or the few up DDX492 are my choices.

Liking it overall? Iphone or Android?

Depends what the next owner wants to do with it. For the trails? his truck is modded, I'm sure lots of mods stayed "online".

I've seen his truck personally. pretty cool. Some of us put more thought/time into our mods b/c we can, but NONE OF US are perfect. Like, are you?

if they're like mine around 4x4x5 deep.

I love mine for fogs. soldered them in to an HID bulb harness for the fogs. Plug/Play.

After ten months of ownership it is official. Every single squeak, rattle, clunk, and whine is gone! Took way too much effort to do and it seems like each mod makes a new annoyance appear. It was a tough fight but definitely worth it!:whoo:

After it (the blank) came in, I looked at it carefully. It is flat (not slight curved like I imagine it would be).

TO ME, looks like it can fit the hazard. When the weather turns nice, I'll try it out and report back.

It seems to be pretty great so far. Bluetooth is great and works awesome also has auto connect so that's cool. Phone works great and mic sounds great. Pandora control is super nice and really easy, DVD works awesome and sounds fantastic. The one downfall is I have Android and it won't read via USB, but from what I've read the Kenwoods have a great Ipod/Iphone interface. Still working out some of the kinks in settings and what not, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one. Once I get the backup cam I'll have that too. Super easy install, easy brake bypass (just grounded it to the harness). So far so good. This is the 2015 model I ended up with price match from amazon because of some screw ups on their end and grabbed it for like 220ish. I know they are cheaper than crutchfield by quite a bit.

Thanks for all the info! This will be my next choice, as far as price for me. Crutchfield is usually better or same, once the half price on JBL interface and steering wheel controls and the free dash trim are added. I like the look of the radio for sure.

Clazzio Install

Got the seat covers (mostly) on. Kind of a pain to get them to fill in where they need too and hands/fingers got a huge workout from pulling and shimmying and twisting and stuffing but here they are! Got a deal for front row only, one color, $230 shipped.

They feel nice, a little more rugged than OE leather.
