Changed spark plugs, rotated tires and was going to replace the rear pads since I was told by the dealer that they were in the yellow. Turns out I still have plenty of pad left... Saved me 50 bucks:reddance:

Well, Saturday I built my sub box into my drawer system. Sunday I built the drawer itself to go on that side. And yesterday afternoon I painted it and put it back in. Now it's already full of crap! I still have to wrap more carpet, but it's finally in it's final stages!

Excuse the bad cell phone pics. Yellow lamin-x on the fogs today along with 3000k HIDS. Not too sure how I feel about the shade of yellow on the film yet.I It's not like what I've had on my previous vehicle. Let me know what you guys think I might try a different product.

I like the vinyl color...I have the same on my truck and the color makes the fog-lights useful finally! However, the yellow film is redundant with the 3k HIDs....you could also wrap the turn markers/DRLs int he vinyl and put red bulbs in to create the orange signal...might look pretty good than...

Question: What is the general opinion recarding UCAs? Do we like the LR style that are essentially ball joints, or do we like uniball joints? I'm not a heavy offroader, but my truck is far from a pavement princess. What are everyones ideas here? I tend to lean towards LR ball joint kind, but thats based off of critical thinking.

i had them and sold them after everyone kept breaking the arms and the ball joints. The ball joints begin failing around 10k miles on some. There is of course those who have had amazing success with them.
Im using uniball Total Chaos arms. I think uniball is overkill in most applications on here so i would do the Camburg arms with the ball joint pressed in for you and your application. Little bit more expensive than LR, but 100% worth it.

I agree that the uniball can be a bit overkill but if you have the means I would highly recommend them. The difference between the Camburg prepressed ball joint UCA and the uniball is under $150 and IMO I would much rather deal with the minimal maintenance of a dry lube uniball than a greasy ball joint. If I could convert all my balljoints to a uniball I would. You don't have to worry about tearing rubber boots or oozing grease. Plus although I haven't needed to replace one yet the uniball replacement seems to be a pretty simple job.
i do not need the uniballs for my application and i live in CO, therefore went with the camburg BJ arms for winter road protection. picked up a set of OEM arms for $20 to salvage the BJs, so it cost me like $400 all said and done. but, im not sure you can get just the arms from wheelers anymore for $380, seems like you have to go the $530 route w/ the BJs already installed.

I really like your headlights, did you paint the housing yourself of are they aftermarket ?

Aftermarket on amazon. Quality is fine, just as good as stock I feel. Keep the lenses clean and waxed.. no problems
