Yesterday I sold my 285/75r16 "Kenda" tires. They would not balance right, so I sold them for a $200 loss. Does anyone know how well General grabbers do in light mud? I hunt, and dont want to worry about sliding all over the place after buying an all terrain. (Thanks Alabama)

Yesterday, oil and filter change, replaced both trans cooling lines (rust fail), removed both shields under engine to get better view of rust damaged front cross member (it's bad) (trying to decide how to proceed with cross member repair), noted imminent failure of power steering liner due to rust (will have to order new one asap). Have had better days. :sad:

Couple says ago had the plan to do UCAs, tie rods, and replace a frozen caliper.
Only had enough time to do the UCAs since I had family in town and had to tend to them. Love the look of them as well as the performance on road!
Maybe next weekend I'll get to the caliper and tie rods.

Should I pump excess out, how bad is this?? Don't know how long it's been like this.
A turkey baster might not work. It's not just an open tank, there's stuff under the cap that keeps fluid from splashing but also keeps you from pumping it out very easily. If it's full enough you might be able to get it out, but I know you can't drain the reservoir from the top very easily. A small diameter tube might work, but the large tube on my fluid transfer pump (3/8"?) did not let me get anything out.
You should do the procedure for checking fluid level. I can't remember exactly, but I think you turn the ignition off and pump the brake 40 times. Then you either check the level at that point, or turn it on and check after the pump is done running. Look it up in the service manual.
If you had any brake work done in the past, then recently put on new pads, that could cause it to be overfilled since the new pads require the pistons to be pushed back in.

Got my TRD wheels and Goodyear Wranglers a week or so ago. Started debadging yesterday in prep for summer detail work. Replacing K&N filter system sometime this week. Grille mod in the upcoming weeks. Suspension tweak by the end of summer. New to the forum so pics will come soon. Wheels, in black, look very nice and may have been some of the last ones sold before Toyota put a "stop sale" on them.

$1350 roughly including shipping. It's a little pricey, but it should turn out nicely.

I'm only getting the low beams done atm (bixenons), at some point I may get the high beams done with bixenons too in the same style. I think it should look sweet. Gotta save up for that one though...
