What did you do with your 4runner today?

Installed a CB. Not a professional job but at least no holes were put in my rig.

That set up is gorgeous.. I have to ask.. where did you get the halo for your fogs? Well I mean is it pre built that way or does that company have them for any cube?

They're prebuilt this way, you can go on Amazon and purchase them I believe the company was nicolighting. There is also alternatives, if you have lightbars or pods already LEDconcepts offers halos for them but you'll have to install it or get someone to install them.
 
Finally put my skid plates back on after coating them in Bed liner paint. My runner is a beach vehicle, and the sand and salt is rough. Hopefully this will last a few trips

Largest - I'd love to find one a couple of inches bigger, but after some searching I couldn't find anything.
I believe if you message the seller you can get a larger version from them but it would be two different pieces because their printer only does 23-24"
 
Swapped in new left front axle ... OReilly's CV so I can rebuild the OEM, which is definitely a keeper and definitely looks stronger.

I think I get a break from under vehicle work til next week [emoji38] looking forward to CBI bumpers so much.
 
took it golfing (yesterday)... Considering where I hit some of my shots I could of used it out there on the course to get me to my ball out of bounds a few times. yikes! more practice needed... haha
 
Chased down a rubbing sound on the dustcover after the axle swap … ended up putting in new brake pads and ordering Lexus wheel studs (ARP1007715) [emoji848].

Researched DIY skid plates ... don't want to directly bite anyone else's design, but would love to see a mounting hole pattern template ... seems like a cardboard mock up is in my future. I'll post a generic pattern if I don't find one out there anywhere.

Emptied a few mags at the range and put the new axle and brake pads to work [emoji12]

Finished the boat and started on my roof rack today, should have it done tomorrow. 3/4" EMT is super hard to weld... Running 3/32" 6011 at 50 or so. Wishing my wire feed setup wasn't already loaded up with 045.

Did a thorough cleaning on the throttle body and maf ... Was very very dirty now looks like this :)
