What did you do with your 4runner today?

Cleaned up DAYGO and changed her oil with less than 2k miles but she was sitting for a few months for repairs. Decided to start using Castrol Edge 5W-30 from now on but I did take a sample of the used M1 5W-30 and sent it off to Blackstone. She's at 129k miles and I'm curious to see metal content.

Installed bigger tranny cooler and changed tranny fluid. Put drill bit through my AC condenser :embarassed: Ordered new condenser. $68 down the drain for being stupid

Finished repairing my 4Runner this weekend from a deer hit about a month ago. Thought I'd post a few before/after pictures.

I bought a pre-painted bumper on eBay from MBI Auto. Color match is nearly perfect, the bumper is pretty well made. Some of the tabs were a little warped, but with some fidgeting it went in pretty well.

I also got the Spec-D chrome halo lights to replace the OEM ones. I almost didn't get these because of the reviews, but I used to drive a 1996 Camry and the light output on these is still better than the Camry. Definitely a performance loss, but they look sweet and I'm just fine with the light output they give. The projector cutoff isn't balanced, but you can't be picky for cheap headlights.

Lucked out with a color matched junkyard hood that was only 150 miles away from me.

Had the radiator replaced, but the A/C condenser seems to have survived the hit. Might be a slight refrigerant leak, but it's still working fine.

The alternator went completely out and the truck died on me at 1130 pm going out last night. Not a good way to start the night lol
It was not fun pushing the runner a quarter mile
Idk if it's the full time 4wd that makes it so hard to push since its engaged all the time, but anyways it sucked

Mine rolls super easy on a flat surface I can push on one tire and get it to roll..... in neutral of course.

Washed the engine bay, then Aerospace 303'd the engine bay. Plastic, rubber weatherstripping, hoses. Looks like it came out of the factory. I buy 303 by the gallon so I spray it on heavy and let it soak in, door and window rubber the same.

how many miles you had? i think mine went out close to the 145k.
