I've had the Hankook for 3 years now and have loved them. I have over 55k on them and still have 10/32nds tread left out of 20/32nds. They have been great in everything in my area, no rock climbing here; mud, sand, woods, snow and ice.
I have only one issue but I don't know what caused it, they have become egg shaped. I run them at ~20psi offroad, 35psi on the road. My rims are slightly bent though, I need new ones, and I use tire beads instead of wheel weights. I rotate regularly, tread wear is perfectly even with no cupping anywhere. Any ideas off the top of your head on what could cause this? It's all 4 tires and makes for some terrible vibration down the road.
I'm thinking of buying a tire and wheel combo set off eBay to replace them, but can't find any deals with the Hankooks. I find federal, toyo, atturo, and passan in different varieties mainly.
Thanks for your experience and help! [emoji106]
