What did you do with your 4runner today?

I'm pretty sure I damaged my spiral cable doing my lift which would explain the airbag light.

Any chance you mightve had the center console taken apart during the lift? I know you can trigger the airbag light if you turn the ignition on with the airbag indicator under the hazard button unplugged

More snow for us here in the PNW. My wife took the 4R out today on some trails and sent me pictures. Bummed I’m at work, but glad her and the little one had fun!

Vinyl wrapped my faded flares today. First time attempting a wrap. Next time I'll pull the fenders. :dammit: Looks good from far, but far from good :frog: Still 100% better. Color matches perfect.

Thats crazy how your flare is faded, but the trim/gasket around it isnt. On mine, all the flare trim/gaskets are faded horribly, but the flares look fine

I did the fog light mod, and installed LED's for DRL's and the rest of my interior. Now I just need some ditch brackets and pods and my lighting will be done.

Didn’t touch the center console. I’m pretty sure it’s the spiral cable.

Yeah, planning on it today. The weird thing is that I had my battery disconnected a bunch when I was wiring my lights and this is the first time I’ve had the auto function stop working.

Interesting. Mine seems to need redoing every time I look at the battery haha

Just got my kit in the mail. How was the install?

I did my spiral cable install today, surprisingly straight forward. I also noticed today that my auto window function started working again without having to re-sync them. I'm wondering if it recalibrates automatically if you drive around enough with everything closed so it can relearn where the closed position is.

Just got my kit in the mail. How was the install?

A lot easier than other timing belts I have done before.

Just ordered cv axles from cvj, sway bar links, some new tools, new impact wrench ... etc. I've been spraying pb blaster on all the fasteners weekly in preparation.

Billy 5100s will be going in to level it out at the same time so this should feel amazing when finished

I'm hoping it will give an extra layer of protection from road salt, road grime, brake dust, and generally easier to clean. We shall see.
