Did this a couple weeks ago but got all this done:
OME 886 front/895E rear
Bilstein 5100 all around
ARB front bumper
06 headlights
Wildpeaks in 265/70/17
What model ARB is that? It is absolutely not the one designed for a 4Runner. Not only is the bumper itself incorrect but it doesn’t look like it has the correct mounts.

Whatever idiot designed the accessory brackets, fan bracket, and serpentine tensioner deserves their special little place in hell. Any bolt that needs a swivel to get to is poor engineering.
At least I didn’t do all the work to realize everything was in perfect shape though. While the belt and bearings were in great shape, the water pump had a leak and my transmission fluid isnt even red anymore(85k miles).
In hind sight it isn’t THAT bad, but seems way worse than it should have been.

I'm not sure, I've read a lot on the subject and the jury seems to be out on whether it should just be a one-way release valve. I put my faith in Toyota's engineers given that we don't see a lot (or any really) posts about diff damage traced to a breather malfunction. In fact, some hold the view that this mod is completely unnecessary.
I will say, my diff fluid is considerably cleaner when I change it after the breather. I can only assume it's because no vacuum. It would suck air in from the seals, and a past those are pretty dusty/dirty. I'm not convinced this is necessarily a problem.....if it was seems engineers would do it differently.
I think the mod is overrated except for people who do lots of wa tr crossings. I can see it eventually sucking water back. It also has an advantage if you live in salt environment. Breather gets stuck, causes oil to push out the seals. No check valve style breather = nothing to rust closed and cause this issue.

Tires rotated, Mobil 1 oil change, Mobil ! greased the drive shaft, OEM air filter and OEM cabin air filter.
I am getting some vibes in the steering on the highway now after rotating the tires. Not too bad, just enough to be a bit annoying. Hopefully it calms down once the tires wear a bit more evenly. It had been a while.

This bumper is an '06+ model and my runner is an '03, which is why you see a bit of a difference. Seeing the installation instructions for the '03 bumper versus two brackets for this '06 version is like night and day (I'm sure I'm missing a couple small things as well). I will post fitment pics in my thread so people can use it as reference in the future.

Sorry brother that is absolutely not an 06+ bumper. My ARB for my 07 looks nothing like that and mounts nothing like that.
You were sold the wrong bumper. See below for the correct pics without ridiculous gaps or improper mounting brackets. Google ARB 4Runner to see an 03 with the proper bumper.

My mounting isn't finalized since I'll have to take off the bumper soon to fix the winch--that's why you see the huge gap. ARB specs about an inch of gap between the bumper and front fender, and I guess that's because if there's an impact, there'd be less damage to the fender. Do you have pictures of how your bumper is mounted (brackets and all that)?

I think what he's referring to is the sides of the bumper and how it doesn't flow at all with the angles/contour of the fender flare. Even if there was no gap, it just doesn't add up. It looks almost like one designed for the 2014 4runners. Here's how it should look

You have a 3421520 on there, you need a 3421510. you have a 2010 4runner bumper.
ARB is SO nice to use one sticker for all the 4runner models.

Really? That doesn’t look so bad. On my wife’s A4 Avant you literally have to take the entire front end of the car off; bumper, headlights, etc.
