Picked up the signage to switch our site to shots. (They’re only atop the cover because it’s easier to work on the swap at that height, I don’t carry anything there.)

Installed ProTuningLab's black smoked headlights with their T2Pro LED low beam option today. The original light lenses were not only hazy, but were gettin' fine crazing/cracks toward the bottoms.
Easy mod, just a little tough to get a small 10mm ratchet to the lower assembly screw on each original. Didn't put those back in, but will keep 'em in case there's any rattling. These aftermarket assemblies appear to be well made and fit well. Will need to purchase new OEM trim connector tabs, as half of 'em were so brittle the teeth cracked off upon removal and couldn't be re-used.

Installed the Daystar 2.5/1.5" lift I got for Christmas. Cost me a bit in larger sockets, jack stands, etc. but I figure those are all good to have anyway. Took about 8 hours total but that's doing half the front, a few tight bolts, and never having done something like this before. Really happy with how it turned out, and found some things that will need replacing in the near future. But I'll do all that with a proper suspension upgrade down the road.

Got started on my weld-on sliders finally. Hoping to get them painted tomorrow and welded on the car by next weekend.

What brand did you go with?
It definitely is but i may have to wait a bit. I like it but for the 3 kids a Highlander or Pilot provides just a bit more space for them. Just a bit tight.

Installed black Spidertrax 1.25" wheel spacers on the fronts today. Another easy install with no surprises. On my old, mildly lifted '06, the wider stance helped it handle better on our curvy, wet/snowy mountain roads than stock.
If there's time tomorrow, 1.5" spacers are goin' on the back.

LC80 Snorkel. Not as complicated as i thought. Hardest part was getting all the bolts nice and snug and getting it aligned just right. I think I got lucky with the alignment.
I also put some silicone around the snorkel/body and spray foam in the engine bay hole where the intake goes into the fender.
