You just made me so happy!! I had to delete my tail pipe after buying it because it complete rusted away. Really like having no tail pipe now.

Adding to my rust issues.... license plate and tags came in yesterday finally. Off came the dealer trim with temp paper. License plate hole were rough, and what's the deal with only two holes? Made it up to the hardware store today and if memory serves me correct, got a 10-24 stainless steel screw that grabs nicely. Took off the hatch panel and vapor barrier and bolted a ny-locker to the screw using one of those security license plate covers. Needless to say, it is largely permanent now, and just because, I added headlight lense coating to the clear cover so it will not oxidize in the sun and discolor.
I also finally installed the new license plate lights from 4runner lifestyle. The oem plastic covers were foggy and I like the looks of these a lot better!

Yeah, my BMW's are 4 holes, the RX350 and 4Runner are 2 holes. Not sure why they would think 2 holes are good enough.
Busy day getting my daughter's 4Runner ready to head off to college. The 4Runner that I bought 2 months after her birth is going to hopefully last as long as she keeps all 4 tires on the road.

No sir, not yet. Maybe next weekend. Kind of depends on when I find some time, or enough time. Not sure if that will require a little, or a lot to be honest. The DD shelf, phone holder, rexing dash cam, and LED console lights are next on the list, then maybe cluster and a new fuse panel to install some dedicated charging ports for 3-4 quick chargers. Just hung up if I'll need more slots for aux lights down the road. I'm not sure how those are installed to be honest. If you can't tell, I'm all over the place and have a wheel hub to replace as well.
5th gen brakes here I come

Scraped and sanded about a 1/4 lb. of rust off front radiator support, cross member and front section of frame, then shot it with some Duplicolor rust inhibitor and after 24 hrs. will spray some Duplicolor black on it. We'll see how long that lasts!
It is amazing how much rust chunks you can get out of each end of the radiator support! Used a coat hanger to dig around the inside of the two little holes on front and rear corners, each end and for a half hour on each end it just kept on coming!

Living in the desert southwest I don’t get the frame rust like a lot of y’all do. It’s monsoon season here so the humidity is way higher than usual. I could see how much condensation was running down onto the frame so I figured I’d reroute that like many guys here do. Shoved a piece of I think 3/16” nylon tubing into the rubber hose and zip tied it to the trans cooler tubing so it drips outside the frame. I’ve noticed the heim joints on my adjustable panhard bar squeaking more and more so I ordered an @eimkieth PCK and will re-install my stock one once this gets here and welded on.

Man that's like one of the first mods I tell people to get is the Eimkeith PCK after lift. You're gonna notice a huge difference! haha

I wish this had been a thing in 2015 when I installed my lift and the adjustable panhard was thee option.

Clazzio Seat Covers
My Clazzio covers finally arrived and I've been really happy with how they fit and transform the look of the car. This was a major piece of my interior blackout project and it's really starting to come together now. I'm going to dye the carpets next most likely and finish the last pieces of trim in the front area.
I didn't install them in the rear because I just run the seats flat all the time and removed the bottoms and headrests. I'm considering removing the rear seat backs entirely and doing a vinyl flooring in the back but I need to think about it a bit more.
