What do you guys think of this black marble wood grain kit???

I've had my 4runner for almost 3 and a half years, so I decided that I should do some upgrades. Most of the interior upgrade kits don't seem well done, but this looks pretty nice.

One question though. My dash right now is silver and dark grey. I like the contrast. Do you guys think covering up the silver with the black marble will add to the look or take away the look. I don't have to apply all the pieces.

I wouldn't mind getting some general opinions on whether you like this kit or not as well.

Oh, and what is the largest size photo that I can upload on here? If I install the trim I'll upload some photos.

I've sold many of this color and also the red. You don't have to use all the piece in the kit, but the main radio piece, and console look really good in models that didn't come with any trim from the factory.

I also have installed pics of the real carbon, but you'll have to email me to see them as tehy aren't on the site.

why dont you guys trade dashes then?

It's not really the dash, it's just a stick on applique to cover up part of the dash. I hate stick on applique crap on a vehicle. Mine's gone when I get the time to pull it out and clean up the adhesive.

We had a big ol mexican fella that worked in our department at Lockheed, and he had a prime example of a mullet. After finding that site, I could then classify him as a Mullatino. He always threw a handful of rivets, or whatever fastener he had close at hand, at me when I'd call him that. Ahh the good ol days.... :bigok:

Also, do you guys like the darker colored interiors of the newer sport models? I'm talking about the darker color that extends down from either side of the radio/hvac stack (it used to be silver).

I really LOVE the new dark charcoal trim around the HU, HVAC controls, and upper door panels in my '07 SE. It goes well with the Shadow Mica paint too. When I sit in my SR5 and then my SE it's like day and night, literally.
