What do you think? 3rd generation 4runner

How did you mod the Center Caps? I've looked around and I cannot find a mod to "CHROME" them like your's look.

Center caps

Chrome caps off eBay -$80 plus $20 for 4 camry chrome plastic caps.
Cut center out of camry cap (toyota logo) w a dremel scuff the center of the eBay chrome cap and glue the camry piece w metal glue to the chrome eBay cap.

Cost me $100 (which is a lot) but they make a big eye catching difference to me.

Center Caps - very cool ideal. Yes, they do look nice.

I'm going cheaper, as I have about $1,000 of mods on my list right now There are some caps on Ebay for less than $50 that are like the stock new.

Another question - Did you get the spoiler from Burtman?

The ones on eBay are close to stock but not quite. I know bc I actually bought them and still have them. Put them on briefly. The logo in the center is painted on and they are all not painted in the same direction. Once you pop em on it doesn't really matter- I just wanted more of the chrome look. The original stock caps logo is a little more 3 rd looking- the ones on eBay aren't.

The spoiler is burtman. I like it a lot- did it 2 years ago and still really like it.

You'll end up spending $350 between the spoiler and then getting someone to paint and install it but it's great.

Clean truck! I'm an original owner too & have been upgrading/replacing parts for the last few years. Bought mine in Feb of '99. It was getting real tired looking, blew the head gasket & now I'm in love again.

Looks good! I don't think there's that many of us who are the orginal owners after 10-15 years. But I can't seem to part with it. I do like the new 2015 trd pros but I'll probably just stick w mine. Our tires on the 3rd generations look beefy- the new models the body is beefy and the tires look narrow to me compared to the body. But who knows maybe someday I'll get a new one.

Yes i still have the 4runner

I still have the bug shield but it’s got cracks. I tried getting a new
One but it’s discontinued - stampeded low profile clear. Hope all is well

Yeah no offense taken - but the pics are 4-6 years old

These pics are when i was fixing it up.
My back bumper was hit in the winter and the 4runner has
More dents dings and scratches than ever before. I’ve had it over 16 years now and I’m thinking maybe it’s time to sell it.

These pics are actually 7 yrs old. The 4runner looks brand new in these pics. It isn’t like this anymore - wish it was though.
