What has been your favorite/most useful mod?

Most useful mod is by far my WeatherTech floor liner mats, have had them in 2 4Runners so far. I wore through 2 pairs of OEM rubber mats before switching to the WT's. Best investment I've ever made.

Definately my low beam FX-R retrofit with high end Osram bulbs. Ungodly amount of light. Even more with high beams on since it's bi-xenon so I get 2 high beams.

My buddy has a LED light bar and my light combo is brighter with my high beams on than his lightbar and highs/lows on. :flame:

I still want a light bar though.

I did black over grey too. I think it matches the black accents on the interior nicely (not really apparent in this photo).

I also did the black over grey. I did matching with a RAV4 I had and did not like it as much as the black.

Howdy folks! I've caught the nodding bug big time. I literally can't stop. As I start "building up" my 4Runner as a 60/40 wheeling/overlanding platform, I am curious as to what everyone would consider to be their favorite or most useful mod, or both. I'm really curious. Right now, I am really itching for a roof rack (so I can add a few more lights) and a front bumper (although I'll likely upgrade my front coilovers first). :zoom:

**Rock Sliders** Often taken for granted, but started to repaint them this past weekend and I'm pretty glad they are all scratched and dinged up instead of my rocker panels.

Definitely! That is on my list of "larger" mods that I am planning for the future. When I went wheeling, I dinged up my factory running boards a fair bit, and partially broke one of the mounts. When I have access to air tools again, I am planning on getting rid of them and eventually adding rock sliders. Still deciding on the brand though. Looking for bolt-ons with kick out and a top tred plate if possible (any suggestions?).

Some sort of slider will be sorta necessary cause the gf is a bit short :laugh:
