What kind of lift ??

Hey What up ??

I have a 2006 4runner 4wd SR5 Im looking to lift it with a decent suspension lift no less then 3 inches i dont want to use spacers if i can help it ..

soo far i checked out rancho quick lift , old man emu and toytec .. what do u guys think the best lift , ride and height is the best bang for the buck ??
