What kind of sunglasses do you wear?

Fwiw there are only like 3 sunglasses manufactures in the world. All of you expensive brands all come from the same factory and distributor usually Luxottica they own Chanel, D&G, Oakley, Ray Ban and pretty much every other major designer brand.

If you want the best optics, you want glass. If you want the best scratch resistance, you want glass. If you want the best glass optics and polarizing technology, you want Maui Jims. same with like a billion other things, doesn't mean they don't use better materials,different QC and different tooling for production and assembly....that's kind of like say the same company who made the dodge dart also made the viper so the viper must suck as well....

I'm lucky since I live a half hour away from the Oakley HQ. I also hunt with a director @ Oakley. My wife and I and my 2 sons must a shlt load of glasses in a display case he gave me. Their duffle and gear bags are top notch, my boys and I have their Pilot gloves in every color when we go shoot or hunt.

And I agree it would suck to have to pay for all this swag, 300 bucks per set of glasses is :jaw drop: my sons have been wearing Oakley's since they began to walk.

I agree with Koz, best pair of sunglasses I've ever owned. The lens quality is amazing and they are light enough you forget they're on.



I've owned countless pairs of Oakleys and have always enjoyed their styling and fit. I have not been overly impressed with the coatings used on their lenses but overall a solid fair of shades as well.
