What plugs are these?

I pulled off my dash so i can paint my interior and fix some bad wiring. I found these plugs up near the drivers side a pillar. The plug with the yellow circle looks like it had something red plugged into it at some point. The two in the red circle were bundled and not used. The one in the black circle goes to the dash rheostat. Any one have an idea what these three plugs go to?

I have the red circled ones as well, not in use.

What color are the wires on the yellow circled plug? I don't see a plug that looks like that listed in the FSM.

The one in yellow has a white with black stripe wire going to it. Are the ones circled in red for fog lights and rear locker or something?

No, I have both of those...

I was told they had something to do with power mirrors that would be in the dash... Perhaps one is for clutch start cancel?

The white plug is not listed in the connectors for the FSM... Strange.

I didn't think the 99 came with heated seats in any trim level
