What service to do at 125,000 miles?

My girlfriend has a 1999 4runner with ~125k on it.

I want to do some maintenance on it. From reading, it needs a t belt and water pump. I know she has never done these.

I plan on doing the work myself - any tips? or better yet - anyone done a write up on the job?

Also can anyone tell me a good place to buy toyota parts online? Or am i better off going to the dealer?

Thank you very much for the help. I'm going to be doing brake pads, water pump, and timing belt tonight.

Any other maintenace i should be doing at 125K Miles? Really all she has done is oil changes. Should I do transmission fluid? Rear diff?

Tranny and diff change is a good idea if you have gone past 30k since the last known one.
