My 6112 are set at 7/6. I have 285/70/17 Ridge Grapplers. They do not rub after removing the mudflaps. I did get upper arms too.
Whats your ride height looking at right now from the ground? I'm a full 1" lower on the passenger side running 6/6 with KDSS.
Took these measurements before I installed my 6112's earlier this year.
Revised version using clip 7 on driver side and 6 on the passenger side.
Not the best angle for the afters but it sits just around 22.5 from the hub to the fender and 36.75" from ground to fender. Hope it helps. These are just the driver's side. The passenger side (not pictured) actually still sits a quarter higher to this day. Doesn't bother me. Maybe a 7/5 clip setting could fix that. Everyone's mileage may vary though. I just went by the instructions though.
I actually took measurements this past weekend but I can't remember the numbers off the top of my head. But the passenger side is indeed a tad higher since install in February.

I've installed mine at 6/5 (SR5 with third row). Its been about 4k miles since and I'm assuming everything has settled. It sits about 3/8 to 1/2" lower on drivers side. Is it odd to do 7/5? I'm wondering if that'll bring it closer to being even. Also, about same difference in the rear. Ordered ome 10mm spacer for the rear. Part of me tells me to leave it as is....but my OCD side won't let it go.
Ordered my 6112s from 4 wheel parts. They're telling me they're on backorder for possibly as long as 6 months. Is anyone else hearing this?

Wheelers said they should have some in stock end of this month. I asked them yesterday.
I have an order with Wheelers waiting to be filled. They told me end of the month too. I hope so. (fingers crossed)
I'm still not sold on running 6112's vs a 2.5" coilover...its not much more cost for a non resi coilover. Any regrets?

The only thing I regret about it is having to tear everything down if I wanted to adjust height. Would have loved Kings, Icons, etc for the easement of height adjustability with simple turns.
Other than that, I enjoy mine. Feels great and handles bumps fairly well.

My entire setup 6112/5100 and eibach 1' rear springs is running $862. I don't think there is any 2.5" coilover setup that you can find for that cheap. The closest would probably be the Fox 2.0 Aluminum series at about a grand, but you'd still need rear springs as well and they are still only 2" diameter shocks.
