What technique to open headlights?

Im going to be attempting to black out my headlights tomorrow... so one question! once they are heated and im taking my flathead screwdriver to it (any better tool to use?) do i just work on one side then pry it open like a bag of chips? or go ALLL the way around till you can pull them both apart? :thanks:

Once heated w/ an oven or hot air gun...some light, you can pry open with just your hands, some you will need a flathead.

And when assembling back, heat it back up & just adhere them.

In most cases, you don't need extra silicone.
