We got lucky, this one was already there, about 3" from the property line. If utilities ever need dug up it'll be gone since it's on the easement. Not too worried about the neighbor complaining, because he did the same thing!
Other than that, just lay low I guess... maybe start scouting out trailers, racks, etc. to enhance the 4Runner should the truck have to go.
