There's TONS of mods you can do if you use the search feature, here's a few
Running Board removal.
Plasti-Dipping stuff.
Wheel painting.
Clear turn signals.
Clear markers.
Some off road brand stickers on the quarter windows you could use (hella, Old man emu, etc.)
Get rid of that ugly bull bar.
you get the idea, if you use the search TONS more will come up.

It's hard to say without know what you use it for. Rock crawling? Mud bogging? Mall Crawler? Tow rig? Daily driver?
You have a decent lift on there so I wouldn't bother changing it. It looks clean so I wouldn't hack the fenders. I threw a cb and power inverter on mine...both were cheap to do and I've gotten a lot of use out of. If you're feeling flush replace the soccer mom brush guard and get a plate bumper and winch.
