Real easy( mind you I have no patience and am not a mechanically inclined person). Alot of the holes are pre-existing. The only one I had to drill into was the front bumpers for the lil piece after the flare.

I dont think there would be an issue.
I know that factory flares attach from behind the flare as well so I dont know if there is something special to be do for removal.

What is size tire are you running?
Do you have any rubbing problems?
Did you trim the front bumper?

I'm a total BFG AT fan , but when I started browsing this site trying to educate myself on the awsome & mighty 4R....lol , everyone was on a Revo kick , and even though I've honestly bought atleast 10 set's of BFG AT's in my life I thought I would try something different so I got Revo's , ride nice & great in rain , in snow however I don't see an advantage.

The BFG AT hand's down look's way better than Revo's. I would trade in a heart beat . The BFG's have Never , never let me down in my years of off road excursion's.

If we go to Montana this fall for hunting ect... it is in a very remote place and off the hiway about 10 mile's or so , I will put BFG's on before I go. If I found someone who wanted my Revo's I would switch them out . They(Revo) are a good tire IMO and ride and handle great. I do think it's meant for light , very light off roading though. IMO it like an over aggressive all season tire. I do see more and more of them on truck's around here. They are becoming quite popular .

K6UK, your truck look's awsome with those tire's on there.

I realize this thread is 2 months old, but now Im curious... How do the Revos compare to the BFG AT's on-road? Pricewise the tires are similar, and I agree that the BFGs look great. Seems like the only advantages the Revos would have are in the on-road ride/handling dept, maybe wet traction.

Id like to go with the BFG's if there are no major tradeoffs- can anyone comment?

Right now I have the Firestone Destination M/T's... they are beefy looking with nice tread and perform quite well. On the noise side of the tire, the tread is close together for an M/T, so they are fairly quiet. Had them for about 20k miles now and they are still quieter than my ProComps ever were. This is what they look like on my rig as of now:

Even though I like the Firestones, when I get my next set, I'm pretty sure I'll be running either the ProComp Xterrains or the Micky Thompson Baja Claw Radials:

I also like the Yokohama Geolander M/T's, but the MAJOR drawback is that they are directional... great looking tire though!

Like I said earlier, I've already had the ProComp M/T's (EXACT same pattern as the BFG M/T's) and they lasted a long time (53k miles), but everyone and their mother owns them... so I wanted something different.

LOVE 'EM! Quiet on road (for an M/T), good handling and great off-road. They are even priced well! I don't have much experience with them in the rain because I'm in SoCal and it doesn't rain much here... but the few times it has, they handled fine. They "pull" less over a puddle than my performance tires on my Eclipse did. I like that alot!!!

Im thinking of buying something something new. I would really like to buy these cooper sst's but I would like to know how much rubbing you are having and what size tire and rim you have. Oh by the way if anyone would like to talk to me about buying my tires and rims with about 5000 miles on them then pm me and we'll talk....
