Since I have a 4runner now..That is my choice. But, honestly the 97-01 Jeep Cherokee would be my pick. They are crazy reliable, go through anything and you just cant kill em. Also, easy as hell to work on and theres no timing belt to replace. Easily modded, relatively cheap.

Chevy Blazer? I got a good laugh out of that. I would probably say an FZJ80 has some pretty impressive hardware--DOHC Inline-6, FF rear w/discs, optional dual e-lockers, but the 3rd gen with its DOHC V6 and e-locker is damn-near as bulletproof, smaller, lighter and more nimble than an FJZ80 and a hell of a lot better on fuel. My vote goes to the 3rd gen.

Haha I really dont know what I was thinking on the Blazer. I guess it just came to mind. If I could change the poll I would change in a heartbeat!
