Wheel fit with aftermarket bumper

Hey just got a 2010 runner.
I tried to look up tire fitment for a stock suspension on a trail with an off road bumper like a shrockworks or arp but I couldn't find anything. Does anyone know what tire size you can fit once you get rid of the stock bumper? Is it still the 285/70-17s?

Also it would be awesome to have a sticky for tire size that had what you could fit stock or with different aftermarket lifts and bumpers for the 5th gen. I tried search but I read about 15 or so unrelated posts and gave up.

While an after-market bumper gives more front clearance, it doesn't give any at the back of the wheel well and that is the first place rubbing is encountered for most. Running a +4 caster will let you run 285/70-17 any bigger and you need to trim back the body mounts at the rear of the wheel well. A few people here have trimmed the body mounts already (Harper7 for one). Installing a lift only improves clearance when not under compression. Once you are hitting the trails, you'll still rub unless you've adjusted the caster.

Also you'll need to limit uptravel in the rear for anything larger than 33" (285/70/17) - 34"s might work though it would be very tight

I wanted to avoid adjusting the castor. So, I had my body mounts trimmed. With 285 70R17 MT's, I still hit when the suspension is compressed turning right nearly full lock. Turning left is not an issue.
