These are in serious contention for my upgrade now... I'm hoping for 3 inches up front though. Does anyone know if these will be okay with .25inch spacers and set at the top notch?
When will the Bilstein 6112 be released?

Here is what toytec shows for lift amounts. Mine is on the second clip up from the bottom (meaning 2nd above the stock height setting or the middle clip) and was damn close to 1.25". According to this you would need a spacer for the full 3"

You seem to be the only one that achieved that then. I'm on the third clip (right in the middle) and got 2".... As did EVERY other person in this thread. What toytecs website says is no different then what bilstein says.

Listen, I'm not saying this is the be all end all this is what you should do or die. I'm simply just stating what has been said by EVERYONE in this thread. As I took the advice from the people earlier in this thread. I was told the middle clip( 3rd clip) labeled 1.25" got you 2" of lift, and guess what. That is exactly what I got. I don't need a website or chart to tell me what I "should" get.

It's a known fact that the paperwork from Bilstein is/was incorrect that came in the 6112's boxes for the T4R's.
They were made aware of this early on.
Why they never changed the documents, we never got a good answer.
If you have 10 people here that have 6112's installed at a certain circlip groove and they all get the same physical results, it would be obvious that the documents included in the boxes, if they conflict with the actual results would be incorrect, don't you think?

I must have measured wrong then. I just checked and have two grooves visible on the bottom which would mean I am on the third groove (or +2 from bottom). Looked like you are on the same setting from your build thread pictures so I would trust your measurements over mine.

Is anyone else on the 5th setting? I asked for the 4th setting for 2.5" through my toyota dealer. They ordered them pre assembled from toytec and installed them, picked it up last night it seemed pretty nose high. Just checked and its on the 5th setting and I'm sitting over 3" lift in the front.... I guess I will have to get it changed, shitty thing is the dealer is 50 miles away

Overall it wasn't the night and day difference I was expecting. I got the clearance I was looking for and feel that the ride is a firmer, handles better, and does a better job soaking up the smaller bumps. Passengers say it's a bit rougher.
I also put on the 2" Icon springs and 285 KO2s at the same time. Also KDSS equipped.
Overall very happy with the way things turned out, exactly what I wanted.
I'm debating between the 4th and 5th notch. Were you still able to get it aligned and do you have stock UCAs? It looks leveled (not what I want), what rear lift do you have? Thanks for the info, these are the first numbers I've seen from someone using the top notch.
2" Icon rear springs. It is pretty much level, I was hoping for some rake for when it is loaded with bikes and camping gear. They are stock UCA's and they got the alignment pretty close to spec. At this stage I didn't want to deal with aftermarket UCA's due to reliability with the harsh winter here replacing uniballs/bushings etc isn't fun.

Shouldnt be a difference. You're not preloading the spring so it should be the same all the way to the top. Im on the 3rd notch and its nice and smooth.
