Where can i buy 883 struts

So I have been looking high and low for some preassembled 883 OME struts and all that I can find are the toytec complete kits. Does anyone know where else online i can buy just this front assembly. I'm wanting to run LC coils in the rear and don't want a complete kit. Additionally I'm not really feeling up to assembling my own struts. Sorry if repost I couldn't find what I was looking for with the search bar. Thanks!

Both Toytec or wheelers offroad will sell you them assembled. It might not be an option on their website, but if you call them you can order just the front coilovers (not strut) assembled without buying a full kit.

Yeah I noticed that toytec will only sell you the assembly with a complete kit so that doesn't really solve my delima. I'll try wheelers off-road though. Thanks

Just assemble them yourself. I thought you could rent spring compressors from most places :shrug:

Please re-read. This solves your dilemma. You just need to call. Unless you don't have a phone and you only have a computer and you must order online. Then you still have a dilemma.

Well I was able to call toytec as well as wheelers off-road , and it turns out that they are both willing to sell me just the front assemblies.

Onto another question: how hard is it to assemble the strut? I was looking for a write-up on how to. Anyone have a link?

It's not too hard if you have the right tools. You can rent spring compressors from just about any auto parts store. In general, a wall mounted spring compressor will work better than the portable kind you can rent. But you can certainly do it with one of the portable kinds. Assuming you'll be using your existing top mount, you'll need to disassemble your current coilovers before you can re-assemble the new OME ones.
