Where can I get a hub cap for my runner...

In May I lost one of my hub caps on my 2006 limited with the 18" rims. I've looked all over the internet and even had the dealership screw up two orders looking for a new one. Apparently they only come in the hyper silver when I just need the regular silver. Has anyone found a place to buy these or have one to spare? I'd really appreciate it.

Can anyone tell me why I can't get this part? I ordered the part as listed above and all I received was the hyper silver cap once again. If anyone knows where I can get one please let me know

Your problem is most likely you have port installed wheels. Southeast region equips vehicles with their own accessories. They are not truly genuine Toyota parts. If you order online and they are outside the southeast region like oemparts123.com, they will probably never be able to match it. Your local dealership should be able to order them by your VIN.

I have been to Toyota and the rep said that they no longer stock the regular silver hub caps. I gave him my vin and he ordered the cap but it was hyper silver when it got here and they said they couldnt get me one. So far I have ordered from 3 different websites and received the same cap all 3 times. I'm actually really frustrated with this problem and can't believe I've been looking for a hub cap for a month...

Can no one help me figure this one out. I mean I drive a 2006 Toyota and it's easier to get knock off hub caps on a 63 stingray. Frustrated in an understatement at this point.

I think I would escalate the issue to the southeast distributor JM Family Enterprises. What you are experiencing is one of the reasons Toyota does not like them, but is really powerless to do anything. They use 3rd party vendors for parts that can become impossible to find.

Bump. Any new ideas on getting hub covers for 2006 w/ 18" wheels? Is there anything aftermarket that has worked? My 2006 has seen too much of the Texas sun and have deteriorated. Would like to get all new ones reasonably priced.

No part number solution, but have you thought about punching off the Toyota logo from a hypersilver cap and painting it to match the wheels?
Not sure if they are identical except color. I know the hypersilver caps have a crosshatch background, not sure about the plain cap.
The logo is pretty easy to punch out from the backside. Prime and paint to match using a can of Duplicolor wheel paint.

That’s the number for the Hypersilver cap. He’s looking for the standard “cast” aluminum color.

Fair enough. My source only shows one option for 18" caps.
