where is a good point on a stock SR5 to hook up a tow strap in the front

where would i hook up a tow strap on the front of my 4runner. i have been told that the "hoops' or 'hooks" on it right now are just tie downs and should not be used for pulling some one out or getting pulled out. Where would i hook a strap up to in the front otherwise?
