Where is this horrible squeaking coming from??????

Watch below. This squeak has been present for a few months. Thinking it would resolve the problem, yesterday I did all of the following:

Installed new 5100 struts
Installed new Tacoma coils
New strut top hat
Took UCA off, cleaned all bushings and pivot bolt, put in fresh grease
Cleaned UCA uniball and sprayed fresh dry lube (aslo part of routine maintenance)
Took out LCA pivot bolts, cleaned and regreased

With a grease needle, greased:
LCA ball joint
Sway bar bushings
Sway bar end links
Tie rod ball joint

WD40'd anything else that looks like it moves.

Any thoughts appreciated.

You still have factory bushings in the LCAs?

Edit... your UCAs, do they have grease fittings to get into the bushings?

Damn, I had a very similar sound from my driver's front. Maybe not as bad though.
It started when I had my lift put in around 120k - 5100's with used FJ springs.
My mechanic said it was due to something loose. He tightened things and it was gone... for a little while. I just got used to it for many, many miles.
I just recently put in new LCA's.. the sound persisted.
Then I put in new springs, UCA's and inner and outer tie rods. Sound is now gone.
Sorry, but I'm not sure if that can help, but that was my experience. I figured the sound might have had something to do with the 5100's but that's literally the only thing that I've kept in the front end.


Oh, I also replaced my sway bar frame bushings. That's one thing that I did that you didn't... maybe try disconnecting the sway bar and trying again??

It's definitely sounds like a metal on rubber sound. Would suggest above statement of disconnecting SB at the radiator end and try again.
 
Yeah, if the sway bar bushings are dry, it could make that kind of sound. It's a quick fix anyway, only 4 bolts to have a look.

My truck slaughters rubber bushings up front, went through several sets over the past couple of years. However, I get a clunk develop up front as they hit the end of their service life.

My 2004 sounded like the front end was falling apart before I replaced the sway bar bushings. The old set (original I think) didn't even look bad. I thought about returning the new pair, but I ended up changing them because they are so cheap anyway. All of the clunking over bumps and on rough roads completely disappeared. To the OP--my truck would squeak when I pushed down on the front bumper with a squeak similar to yours but not nearly as loud. Replacing them would be a cheap way to possibly eliminate that noise.
 
Yeah, another vote for the sway bar bushings. Probably need to take them off and get a good bit of grease in there, more than a grease needle can get.

I had a similar creaking sound, but it was my SPC UCA bushings and sleeves rubbing together, but if you've already disassembled/greased them, then disassembling the sway bar would be my next stop.
